How to order

register first. You can choose your own user name and password.This will allow you to create your own lightbox and pay to download images in the file size you need.
If you do not register, you can only browse and cannot select or download any images. Registration is free.

Searching
You can search using different search terms or a combination of terms. If you are searching for a specific plant, flower or tree, you will find it most quickly by searching for the botanical name and/or the popular English name of the variety.

The search fields are:
Keywords
Photo number
Category
Colour
Dual-colour
Style
Theme
Orientation
Year

You enter your search query. You then click on Search. The search result is displayed on the left-hand side. If you would like to search again, click on Reset. Your previous search request will be completely erased. You then select the images that you wish to place in your lightbox.

Lightbox
Clicking on a thumbnail enlarges the image. This is a preview. From this preview you can select the image and place it in your lightbox. To view the selection, click on Lightbox on the bar at the top. This will bring you to your selection. If you are sure that you want particular images, you can also place them directly in your cart from the preview. You can always remove images from your lightbox or cart. The price information is displayed individually for each image. If the price is acceptable, you click on the size of image that you want to download. You then click on Cart. The image is now waiting in your shopping cart.

Order
You can always return to your lightbox or your search result! If you are sure you want to order the images, click on 'Cart' on the bar at the top. You will then see a list of the images which you have ordered together with the costs. Here you can remove images if necessary. If you do not want to or are unable to download the images straightaway, you can then indicate that you wish to receive the images on CD. You can also add your own order reference to the order on this page. If all the information is correct, click on "Checkout". You can then download the images and print out the invoice. If you have selected the CD option, you will be sent the requested images in the format required as soon as possible.

Fees
The images are available in four sizes. You pay a copyright fee per download on the basis of the file size. Therefore the price does not depend on the use.

Costs
Payment is made by credit card. We are happy to agree a suitable arrangement with regular customers. For example, we can offer you the option of entering into a contract under which you can download a fixed number of images over a given period and pay Visions for those images on the basis of an invoice, and not separately for each download. If you would like more information about this, please contact us.

All activities which are carried out via the website and which result in an immediate image order are free of charge.
These include:
help in searching for the right image.
preparing and despatching consignments on approval.
preparing a lightbox on the website.

All activities which are not carried out via the website are subject to additional charges alongside the copyright fee.
These include:
placing images on CD and shipping by post or courier.
arranging and despatching slides and prints.
scanning images in a size other than those available via the site.

If you are unable to find an image and enquiring with our back office reveals that this image is not available, there is always the option of having an image photographed by our photographic studio. Always ask about the possibilities and costs in advance.
