A: The reason may be that the image is already in your shopping cart. Go to your lightbox and check the numbers of the photos that you wish to select. Q: When I search there are no search results. Why might that be? A: This can be caused by various things.Perhaps you are not using the correct search term or are misspelling the search term. Check this, re-enter the correct information and click on Search. A The word that you are using to search is not recognised. Try searching with a different related term. Where possible, use botanical names for the variety you are looking for. Q. I am sure that Visions must have a particular image, but I cannot find it. What now? A: Contact the back office. It may be that an image has not been scanned in yet.Note: Our back office is there to help you. This refines the search request. Q: I have accidentally deleted an image from my lightbox. Can I undo this? A: No, deletions are irreversible. You will have to find and select the image(s) again. Q: My details have changed. How can I alter this? A: You can amend and update your details using the My Account" button. Q: I have a number of plants and flowers which I would like to have photographed for a publication. Does Visions do that too? A: Yes. In addition to the photo archive, Visions is also a professional photographic company which specialises in advertising and botanical photography. We have our own photographic studio and our own photographers and stylists. Q: What can I do with a photograph for which I have paid? A: If you have ordered, paid for and downloaded the photograph via our website, you may publish the image without restriction in your own commercial or editorial publications. See also our terms of delivery. Q: May I copy the thumbnails on the site and use them for commercial promotional publications e.g. on my website? A. No, Visions' permission is required for any use. All our images are protected by copyright, and all uses are subject to copyright. See also our terms of delivery. Q: May other people use my password? A: They may, but it is linked to your name and you are therefore the person who will be billed. If you do not want this, then this other person will have to register first. Q: What does it cost to register with visionspictures.com? A: Registration is free. You pay a fixed fee for each download. This fee is shown with the photograph. The level of the fee depends on the size of the image file. Q: How come pricing can be different per picture? Why are there stars shown next to the pictures? A: Visions Pictures receiving a star, increases prices. The more content regarding decor, location, models is used, the higher the star will be. Each star add to a Visions Picture, will increase the copyright price. Q: I do not want to have to pay for each photograph every time. Can I take out a subscription? A: We can make agreements with Visions' regular customers and customers who frequently order images about a specified number of images which can be downloaded over a given period and which are billed per order.
