Quick search 
You can do a quick search using the search box located on the top left of this website.Enter one or more keywords in the search box. A dropbox with additional options appears for you to specify your search if relevant.

Advanced search
More search options gives you the most options for finding the perfect picture you need. To filter and refine your search, below the quick search box click advanced search. Enter one or more keywords in the search box and make your choice to refine your search with choosing color, date, orientation, style, categories, collection or photographer.

Search guidelines
You may search using horticultural keywords such as; tulipa, perennial or tree. Or botanical lifesyle and activity keywords such as; hand, playing or gardening. You can search as well for an image ID such as; VISI12345 or ELBO12345.

The 'wildcard' search
Spelling can be tricky, especialy in Latin. Typing what you know, followed by a * will give results that include what you know, and more.

Refining your search
After you have found an image that you like, enlarge the image and click keywords.
Mark the checkbox of your choice and click enter to specify your search.

To create a lightbox you can easily click create new lightbox located on the botton of this website.
Fill in the name of the lightbox (required), the description (option) and click save.

Two options to add images to your lightbox:
1. When searching for an image all results will be shown on your screen as small thumbnails. Underneath the thumbnail you will find the option to add an image to your lightbox. The image will be shown as stored in your lightbox at the bottom screen.

2. Enlarging an image click lightbox and find the option to create or select a lightbox. Click add to lightbox after you selected or created a lightbox.

Images will remain to stay in your lightbox until you delete them.

Switch between lightboxes choosing select lightbox in the dropbox menu or click on the name of the lightbox in the lightbox menu you can find in the top of your screen.

Send your lighbox to any e-mail address with a short message in notice.

Edit your lighbox to change the name and/ or description of your lightbox. Easily change the text and click save.

You can download the ZIP file from your lightbox by clicking this option.
This stores all low resolution images in your lightbox on your computer to use, for example in your concept or presentations before buying the high resolution image.

Deleting your lighbox is permanent. Are you sure? Once you delete your lightbox it will be gone..

Shopping Cart
Once you have found an image of your choice that you wish to order as a high resolution image, you can easily add this image to your shoppingcart by clicking the shoppingcart icon.
If you enlarge an image of choice, you can calculate your price (see Pricing for explanation) and add the image to your shoppingcart. Close window and clickshoppingcart located on the top of this website. When entering this section you will find your images in the shoppingcart. Ccheck your items in your cart, is this what you want to order? Do all images have a license and a price? To delete or to find information with any image please check options below the thumbnails in your cart from your cart. If you want any comment to be mentioned on your receipt, you can use invoice notation or picture notation for any remark and click save to keep your information stored. Click choose payment method for the next page to go to paypal. PayPal If you finished off your details on the PayPal website, please click return to VisionsPictures to connect back to our webshop and to pick up your pictures in your Visions account.

My pictures Where you can find the records of your downloads. My pictures is located on the top of this website or you can find the option in My Account. To download any image click on download and follow the instructions of your computer settings. (save as, open with..) To download more than 1 picture all in one time, you can easily click  add to zipfile and when finished click download zipfile have a cup of coffee with a piece of cake and see how your pictures easlily find a way to your computer!

My invoices Where you can find the records of your receipts. My invoices is located on the top of this website or you can find the option in My Account. To get your receipts you can easily click download or pdf. Visions does not send paper invoices, only invocies through VisionsPictures.com.

Right Managed (RM)  images VisionsPictures works with RM images only. Right Managed images require a license. User fee depends on the usage of images and can be calculated using our pricing system or can be agreed upon with Visions sales team in an agreement. We will be pleased to offer you an all inclusive pricing for pictures publication used within your company purposes.

Restricted images VisionsPictures represents botanical picture collections of third parties as well as images created by VisionsPictures photographers for our clients which have restrictions for certain usage. Restricted images can not be downloaded directly from our webshop and can be recognized by the Star sign below any thumbnail on our website. Add restricted images of choice to a lightbox and send the lightbox over to pictures@visions.nl. Visions staff will be pleased to obtain release for you. Did you noticed the sign BUT! You do have the option to order? This means that our system has recognised you as an allowed user for ordering anyhow.

License information All images on VisionsPictures.com are copyright protected. Licenses obtained are non transferable. Non-exclusive rights will always be property of Visions and / or licensing partners. A fee must have been agreed upon with Visions before any image is used. With or without Visions logo.

Using our Price RM calculator when enlarging an image will show you the pricing for the license of choice. Please note this license is for a one-time usage only, any re- usage is not allowed without the written permission of Visions.

Pricing For a custom made pricing you can view our RM calculator for the options that we offer online. You can easily look at our several custom made offers for picture usage following these steps: Find an image of your choice, enlarge the image by clicking on the image or click the information button (i) below the thumbnail. Click on PRICE. Select the option for usage in the dropbox and follow the steps after that. Custom made pricing is based upon the usage of our images as well as the size that you use and for example, how many catalogues you will produce.

Stock photography is existing photography that can be used for printing, in books and magazines, in news, on websites, in brochures, leaflets, tags, cappers, posters, catalogues and packaging..Using an image that already exists saves the image buyer the time and expense of a custom photo shoot.

We do not publish catalogs. Every image in our library can be found on our website. Visions is not a printer and does not produce any catalogues, we are photographers and only sell imagery.

You can find all of your receipts in your account by following these steps: Login to your account. Scroll to “My Invoices” to view all of your receipts and download the PDF in question and print the PDF from your computer.
